This week I thought I’d share a couple of very related images from a late autumn outing in Għargħur. Actually, this is from the same outing that produced a number of other photos I have shared already. I’m sure I’ve said before that I particularly like the light after a storm, when the air has been cleansed by the rain, and surfaces are still a little shiny. Landscape photographers know this, and it’s perhaps one of the reasons we tend to find good weather a little boring. (Which is odd, because interaction with the general public is often like: “It’s such a beautiful day, why aren’t you taking photos?!”) This is not to say that photography is impossible in good weather, I simply think it’s that much harder.
