Starting this week with a final photo from an outing in San Anton Gardens early this autumn. Unusually, this year I find myself with a very significant backlog of photos to share. Indeed, some of these go back to the tail end of last year. Not to mention a number of photos from recent outings that I still need to process. There are good reasons for both of these phenomena, so there is nothing to it but to let them bide their time.
The photo shows the bronze five-storied pagoda that can be found in the gardens, a gift from the copperware manufacturers of Takaoka, Japan, and the Japan Cherry Blossom Association, in 1970.
